Whistleblower Channel

To promote an open, transparent, and secure organizational culture, we have implemented a reporting channel for suspicions of misconduct. The establishment of this channel is based on the Whistleblower Protection Act and the European Union Whistleblower Protection Directive.

The Whistleblowing channel provides a confidential means to bring concerns about potential misconduct or violations of operating principles to the attention of internal investigation. Reports can be made anonymously.

Primarily, it is advisable to discuss your concerns or suspicions with your immediate supervisor or management. If this is not a viable option or proves ineffective, you may utilize this channel to report the matter. The Whistleblowing channel is designed to ensure the anonymity of the reporter if they choose to remain anonymous.

All reports are handled confidentially, protecting the privacy of both the reporter and the subject. The processing of personal data adheres to the obligations outlined in the Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

Reports can be submitted based on suspicion, even without concrete evidence, as long as it is done honestly and in good faith. The Whistleblowing channel reviews reports, initiated by the HR manager, COO, and legal counsel, who undertake necessary investigations. The process is confidential, even if the reporter reveals their identity.

If the report involves one of the handlers, they will not participate in the case’s handling and investigation. Acknowledgment of your report will be provided within 7 days of receipt. Additional information may be requested during the investigation as needed, always handled through the channel, maintaining confidentiality and anonymity. The results of the investigation will be communicated through the channel within 3 months of submitting the report.

Upon submission, you will receive a personal code to track the progress of your report. In case you lose the case-specific code, kindly submit a new report referencing the original one to continue collaboration in the investigation.
